VoIP Line Share

Information About the Service

This is an IP-based voice telephony service supplied over a fixed broadband internet service and a wired Ethernet port. Lineshare provides a PBX using a VoIP connection. Minimum contract: 1 month. Monthly fees include a geographic number, local/national/mobile calls (ex. Standard/Plus plans), hunt group, and standard PBX feature programming.

Bundling Arrangements

Not required, but telco services can be bundled into one bill. Dedicated broadband is recommended.

Mandatory Components and Conditions

Handsets must be purchased from VoIP Remedy and are pre-programmed. Each handset needs 100kbps bandwidth (up/down). Call quality may be affected by internet/firewall/hardware. Not for call centres or telemarketing.

Notes

• All pricing includes GST.
• Establishment fees apply to 1-month terms.
• 30+ lines = Enterprise; 50+ lines = available on request.
• VoIP mobile app: $3/extension/month.
• Additional hunt group/IVR: $5/month.
• Complex PBX setup: $10–$25/handset one-off.

Porting and DID Hosting

• Geographic: $2/month, $30 porting.
• 100 number range: $55/month, $130 porting.
• Porting after service activation with PAF. Resubmission = fee. Complex (Cat C) ports apply for number ranges or group ports.

Call Charges

• Local/National: 10c per call
• Mobile: 20c/min
• 13/1300: 25c per call
• Top 25 countries: 20c for 15 min
• All other international: 1 min increments

Emergency Services & Cancellation

VoIP does not work in power outages. Keep a mobile available for 000.
Post-contract, monthly charges continue.
Cancellation before term ends: up to 75% of remaining fees.
Final month is payable in full upon cancellation.

Business NBN

Information About the Service

Business nbn® internet is available where nbn® is live (FTTP, FTTN, FTTB, FTTC, HFC, Fixed Wireless). Minimum term: 1 month. Includes static IP, access, and optional hardware from VoIP Remedy.

Bundling Arrangements

Not required, but eligible VoIP bundles get discounts. Combined billing available.

Mandatory Components and Conditions

Requires nbn®-compatible modem/router. Free with 36-month terms or a fee otherwise. Self-supplied routers must meet tech requirements. Internal cabling and nbn® hardware may be needed depending on the technology used.

Speed and Availability

Speed tiers show max off-peak speeds. Actual speeds depend on congestion/location. Plan changes may be possible but depend on contract and eligibility.

Installations and New Developments

• New/inactive copper pair: $299.
• Extra nbn® Connection Box: $270.
• First install at new development: $300.

Bundled Plan Rules

• Only available when paired with eligible Voice (not Voice Lite PAYG)
• Cancelling voice removes discount and reverts to standard NBN pricing.

Fibre Connect Program

• Requires 500/50 Mbps plan.
• $180 cancellation fee if downgraded/cancelled within 12 months.
• Contract term carries over post Fibre upgrade.

Service Cancellation

• Final month payable in full.
• Early termination: up to 75% of remaining term.
• If relocating with same carrier within 30 days, cancellation fee is waived.
